HR Senior Specialist - maternity cover
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Provide HR Leadership and Business Partners service and support to defined area and ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR. Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and that HR Standards/Procedures are fully understood and implemented within supported area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the local HR function to ensure effective value to the organization in the reference area.
- Recommend, implement, and update guidelines to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment in alignment with other relevant HR functions and other departments.
- Actively support HR Manager and Line Management in structuring and developing respective teams (i.e. Performance Management process, Talent Agenda, Succession planning) and support agreed action plans.
- Ensure new employees live a great onboarding experience.
- Ensure employees proper offboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment processes for respective area
- Ensure proper handling of respective administration tasks.
- Support personnel planning, annual pay review and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas (under HR Manager supervision).
- Ensure proper updates of HR reports and systems on a regular basis.
- Participate in HR projects and key initiatives in alignment with the Business Strategy.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management or Business Administration)
- Minimum of 2 years progressive work experience in the field of HR; preferably in an international environment
- English fluent (written and oral)
- MS-Office skills
- SAP experience is a plus
