Senior Manager Digital Retail Operations (m/f/d) - Global Retail

PURPOSE
This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Global Sales by leading the operational roadmap of Digital programs, tools and platforms in Retail in alignment with Retail Operations and Digital Sales.

Retail Operations proactively shapes our Global Retail business, while ensuring a consumer-first mindset across our global retail markets. This team enables our retail store operating model, operational efficiency, omnichannel and digital transformation and trading mindset. This team will effectively implement global programs, processes and policies through relevant retail stores, by influence and partnership with global and market retail teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Embed and live a consumer-first mindset, to drive operational excellence across all markets
•    Create and drive a high-performance culture by:
•    Taking ownership for talent management process to hire, develop and retain talents
•    Setting clear expectations and individual goals
•    Evaluating competencies of team members on a regular basis; providing prompt feedback and guidance to drive high performance
•    Translating company goals in team-specific actions and business plans, monitoring performance and results
•    Support on developing the strategy and roadmap of Digital Retail Operations
•    Own Program management in Digital Retail Operations for Digital tools
•    Design operational processes for digital tools to ensure a premium employee and consumer experience every day in every store 
•    Drive operational efficiency and implementation of digital tools and consumer programs, processes and policies
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Retail functions, DSS, Digital and Markets to support implementation and drive adoption of digital tools
•    Contribute to a culture of sharing and adoption of best practice through strategic communication to and from markets/countries/clusters/districts/stores
•    Other duties as requested by line manager

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

•    Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
•    Ability to influence others within a complex matrix organization
•    Fluent in English
•    Additional languages are an advantage

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

•    5+ years relevant work experience in Retail, Digital Programs
•    5+ years program and/or project management experience in Operations, Digital and/or GOPS
•    Strong interpersonal skills (communication, influencing, stakeholder management)
