Senior Specialist Workplace Management - Multimedia Management (m/f/d) - temp until April 2026

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s for adidas.

In this role you are responsible for the coordination of the assigned service area in the Multimedia Management team, which is responsible for the locations in the regions Germany and EMEA/APAC in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

This includes the coordination and execution of new and existing audio/visual installations and corresponding operations at the managed locations. The Senior Specialist Workplace Management Multimedia is capable to coordinate technology focused projects and understands software solutions and system architecture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high quality and continuous optimization of processes in the assigned service area
    • Creating operational processes taking into account all operational and legal requirements in coordination with other areas and departments
    • Creating operational standards for the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring smooth operations, taking into account business and safety objectives
  • Organizing, monitoring and controlling operational processes, taking into account economic aspects
  • Provide input into cross market guidelines, policies and processes for assigned service area
  • Managing external providers in the assigned service area, taking economic aspects into account
    • Clarification of interfaces and responsibilities
    • Creating and reviewing SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for the area of responsibility in order to control and optimize internal and external service provision
    • Developing a maintenance, testing and servicing concept in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
    • Technical support in the conclusion of service and service contracts
  • Interface between adidas and external service providers. Internal and external communication with customers, authorities, service providers and suppliers.
  • Carrying out projects in the field of multimedia management
  • Commercial facility management in the area of activity - obtaining and comparing quotations, creating purchase orders and posting incoming goods in the ERP system.
  • Tracking the budget and supporting budget planning for the area of activity
  • Carrying out energy-related measures in the area of responsibility in coordination and cooperation with energy management.
  • Creation of warranty notifications and tracking of defect rectification
  • Contact person for service-relevant specialist topics. Support and service for operational use of audio/video systems and consulting expertise on system use for local markets.
  • Ensure effective administration of licensing contracts with key stakeholders and 3rd parties in assigned area of responsibility.
  • Ensuring operator responsibility, taking into account all current laws, regulations, guidelines and standards in accordance with the assigned area.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-year completed commercial vocational training or university degree preferably in media technology, event technology or Facility Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • First project management experience (e.g., project planning and process mapping)
