Store Development Executive (12-month renewable contract)

PURPOSE/MISSION:

Implement replated works in Store development department, which is asked to work closely with the internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the projects milestones are met the high standard.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

A. Primary:

  1. Support Store Development, well manage multiple implementation projects at various of stages. 
  2. Understand the concept manual to guide and check the fit out standard in current and new projects as concept requirement to ensure all meets the standard. 
  3. Responsible on maintenance and repair in stores (FRS and ORT stores) by coordinating with other departments included VM, Retail, Sale and ensure all complete in high standard at soonest time. 
  4. Support VM in related store development tasks need for Campaign Event (fixture/mannequin/hanger/size cube … in/out on time and right quantity.
  5. Work closely with VM in Sell – in Event set-up.
  6. Manage fixture/mannequin/hanger/size cube stock in warehouse which is asked to work closely with logistic and warehouse team to ensure in-out smoothly and keep track shipment arrival timing as well as clearance non-used goods process. 
  7. Working closely with internal and external vendors as well as finance department, obtaining invoices and tracking all payments are settled on time by finance department.
  8. Monitor and report weekly Store Development finance tracking and stock tracking with transparency and on time.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

  • Functional:  Fresh Graduate or Experience in construction 
  • Industry: Preferably from Technology and Construction, Architect, Fashion, Sport.  
  • Exposure: Sports, Fashion. 
  • Cultural: Ability to work independent (preferably work international environment)

 

EDUCATION
Degree in construction, Technology (Preferably)
 

IT: 

  • Outlook
  • MS office
  • CAD: (Preferably)
     

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • English: Good
