Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms, and DC’s for adidas. This supports the successful implementation of “Creating the New” by supporting revenue growth, portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent across the globe. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates within an extensive network of internal / external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value added service.

 

In this role you are responsible for the quality management and development and the coordination of the assigned service area Gurgaon, India at the adidas locations in the region EMEA. This role will set the highest quality standards for all Gurgaon related facility operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise and monitor assigned operational processes. Ensure all service-related qualities, policies, standards, and processes to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Manage small size projects that require analysis and autonomous initiative through professional experience
  • Support the delivery of Workplaces design, construction, or facility projects.
  • Support proposal and selection process for design and project management services.
  • Support the change management approach for respective project and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
  • Plan, organise and monitor assigned operational processes. Ensure all service-related qualities, policies, standards, and processes to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Lead small size (sub)projects.
  • Internal and external communication (customers, service providers, suppliers).
  • Steer, coordinate, and manage all assigned services.
  • Develop and optimise external assigned services.
  • Contribute to planning and design of new facilities and respective equipment.
  • Monitor budget control and support budget planning
  • Interface between adidas and assigned external service provider
  • Lead and further develop assigned employees
  • Ensuring operator’s responsibility and employer obligations with regards to occupational health and safety, for the respective area of responsibility, in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines, as well as minimizing possible risks. For a detailed description of obligations and tasks, please refer to the IMS Policy Annex ‘Health and Safety’ and the Corporate Security Policies.
  • Implement and ensure compliance to Workplaces policies and project management standards.
  • Responsible for stores and office maintenance, including preventive maintenance and maintenance in accordance with state laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for all Health and Safety topics for stores and office.

 

Property Management:

  • Assist in the management property portfolio.
  • Assist in the management of all statutory responsibilities in respect to property management.
  • Assist in the management of lease renewals/disposals, dilapidation surveys and schedules of condition.
  • Oversee relocation and churn management.

 

Project Management:

  • Planning Manager responsible for the managing and implementing CDM regulations.
  • Project management, supervision, and coordination of contracted works.
  • Space management for best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or reorganisation of current premises.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good English skills

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training, studies, or equivalent education.
  • Appropriate qualification in Facilities Management.
  • Appropriate qualification in HSE Management,
  • Previous experience of a position at a similar level in a complex organisation.
  • Proven Leadership and people management.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in respective area.
