Retail Activation Ambassador

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


The mission of this role is to support various store activation programs to actively engage our adiClub members to ensure that they receive quality in-store experience which continuously driving  consumer loyalty and business result.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner closely with CRM team to implement various adiClub members’ activation programs at store level to elevate the engagement of consumers in adidas brand.


  • Work closely and manage the schedule with Brand Activation team to ensure smooth running of operations, ensure members’ satisfaction of our services and to improve members’ experience at activation zone


  • Responsible for the maintenance, storage and movement of equipments of activation zone


  • Be fully accountable for store consumer analysis through consumer insights collection


  • Support key stores in terms of GWP and store activation / promotion programs.


  • Work together with internal departments for cross functional store activation program. Be the key contact to ensure flawless implementation in store level.


  • Provide insights from various sources such as adiClub members’ participation, onsite observation/ feedback collected, etc.   and provide recommendations to optimize members’ experience at store.


  • Support logistics, reporting and resource planning in the GWP/activation/promotion programs


  • Engage and inspire the flagship store staff, consumers and community on the adidas brand


  • Maintain the CRM database and keep track of VIP recruitment and activity sign up update



  • KPI / Deliverables
    • Overall store performance, including CRM net sles of adimembers
    • Attendance and completion rate of the adimembers joining the workshops / activations
    • Members acquisition
    • Smooth operation and execution on activation deliverables and handle any members enquiry or complaints in a professional manner



Key Relationships:


  • Internal: Store staff / Marketing / Retail operation/ Finance/ SCM/ IT
  • External Business partners (Vendors, trainers), consumers


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:


  • Passion for adidas and enthusiasm/energy for activation.
  • A sports lover; flexible and enjoy mingling with people .
  • 3  years relevant experience in CRM, store activation, Customer Services, or event management would be an advantage.
  • Associate degree or above
