Manufacturing Analyst
Purpose: This position will support all manufacturing departments. This position will provide reporting and analysis using a variety of Microsoft and business-related software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop and manage daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports based on business needs.
- Support business for ad hoc data requests.
- Provide analysis and reporting visuals to drive decision making and process improvement.
- Perform a variety of daily and weekly data entry tasks related to areas of responsibility.
- Support Director and Senior Director in report, capital expenses, and budget analysis.
- Support Engineering in process time-studies with data collection and analysis.
- Provide and perform SEA analysis reports to help ensure Indy stay compliant.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must have good math sense and high level of accuracy
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to multitask on a wide variety of tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Must have advanced MS OFFICE computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS Forms. Tableau, Smartsheet, MS Access and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Must have very good organization skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- An Associate degree or higher in business related discipline is desired and / or 3 years of equivalent experience in reporting / analytics function.
