Intern Labeling & Handling

The incumbent will commit full time service to this internship targets to start from July 2022 to December 2022.

 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Support Labeling & Handling project analysis and implementation

 

Key Responsibilities and Projects in bullet points:

  • RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) expansion projects
  • SharePoint re-structure
  • Product Creation Portal (ORIGO system) implementation preparation

 

Key Objectives (special tasks and learnings):

  • Support Footwear RFID ((Radio-Frequency Identification) expansion to the dedicated markets
  • Support RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) printing solution in-house implementation by manufacturers
  • Integrate Labeling & Packing Instructions from manual process (excel, word … etc.) to online solution
  • Cross check the labels are migrated to new Product Creation Portal (ORIGO system) successfully

  • Labeling & Handling teams in HQ and HK
  • Label suppliers
  • IT

 

Required main study courses:

  • Business Administration or Supply Chain is preferred

 

Preferred university/ discipline:

 

Required language skills:

  • Proficient in written and verbal English

 

Additional skills/ qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and pro-active mindset
