Intern Labeling & Handling
The incumbent will commit full time service to this internship targets to start from July 2022 to December 2022.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Support Labeling & Handling project analysis and implementation
Key Responsibilities and Projects in bullet points:
- RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) expansion projects
- SharePoint re-structure
- Product Creation Portal (ORIGO system) implementation preparation
Key Objectives (special tasks and learnings):
- Support Footwear RFID ((Radio-Frequency Identification) expansion to the dedicated markets
- Support RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) printing solution in-house implementation by manufacturers
- Integrate Labeling & Packing Instructions from manual process (excel, word … etc.) to online solution
- Cross check the labels are migrated to new Product Creation Portal (ORIGO system) successfully
Key Relationships:
- Labeling & Handling teams in HQ and HK
- Label suppliers
- IT
Required main study courses:
- Business Administration or Supply Chain is preferred
Preferred university/ discipline:
Required language skills:
- Proficient in written and verbal English
Additional skills/ qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and pro-active mindset
