HR PROJECTS MANAGER (11 months temporary role)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This position aims to contribute strategically to adidas Turkiye HR Strategy and execution to make sure we support our business strongly and deliver a best in class employee experience.
Collaborating very effectively with local and global HR team, this position creates contributing managing different HR projects like Employee Experience Program, Way of Working Management including Office Design, Payroll Transformation, HR Procedures and Processes Continuous Improvement, Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to HR Director Turkey,
- Driving implementation and execution of HR strategies and processes
- Driving the delivery of HR systems, process and tools and drive the implementation and execution of strategic topics
- Supporting all HR related projects to improve knowledge, skills and competencies
- Analyzing all HR related processes, planning and implementing needed actions with related parties
- Reviewing HR procedures, being responsible of updating current and composing needed procedures
- Ensuring excellent communication with HR team and all the other stakeholders
- Analyzing and reporting results of Employee Survey(s) and presenting results to all Management Team/employees in order to improve engagement across the organization
- Taking responsibility for developing actions through Employee Survey(s) within the cooperation of HR and other related committees in adidas supporting HR BP, Rewards and TA Teams to provide the continuity of ongoing processes, operations
- Ensuring all HR standards/procedures are updated regularly and fully implemented within support area
- Ensuring all HR KPIs are achieved, all projects are implemented on time, budget and quality and create effective value to the organization
- Acting in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR BP and Rewards teams to attract, retain and develop teams to foster achievement of business targets in channels
- Ensuring that HR IT Systems / applications are in place to support efficiency and effectiveness of HR related processes.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Social Sciences or related field
- At least 5 (+) years’ HR experience with strong understanding of business priorities
- Intercultural work experience
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English and Turkish both written and verbal
- Advanced MS Office skills
