Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role will need to contribute to the overall success of the TURKEY E-Commerce business, with a focus on execution of effective and efficient marketing activations, contents, systems, and procedures on own eCom and Wholesale eCom partners.  

As Digital Activation Manager, you will be responsible from the following:

Ownership of Own eCom and Wholesale Partners’ Digital Platforms from a campaign go to market perspective. The Manager, Digital Activation plays a critical role in the local go-to-market planning and execution of brand, product and commercial campaigns on the adidas owned digital platforms (.com and app)


Planning and Strategy: The Role is responsible for working cohesively with Digital Activations Hub Stakeholders and Wholesale Account Teams on planning and strategizing campaigns in line with brand seasonal calendar, planned commercial initiatives and other relevant integrated local or globally lead digital marketing campaigns.



Key Responsibilities: 


  • Own and execute the Brand Calendar across all digital touchpoints
  • OTIF execution of all digital tools across sport, style and X-category
  • Manage the offline store presence and visibility across digital touchpoints
  • Identify on-site “personalization” opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Partner with Global & EM Digital Brand Teams & Site Ops teams to speed up and enhance site performance aiming perfect e-consumer journey
  • Website enhancement recommendations basis performance of available tools and studies basis global and inter cluster best-practices
  • Draft strong marketing briefs & lead the process of Content Creation Agency briefings & Creative development for all campaign & business objectives
  • Create and enhance cross department, Creative & Media Agency relationships that drive them to deliver exceptional performance with best effective ROI


  • Responsible for developing delivering compelling and persuasive digital content across various online E-Commerce channelsandin linewith global adidas toolkits 
  • Input into development of Digital growth initiatives to tailor approach to the partner account’s needs; initiatives will aim on driving impact and improving efficiency in the areas of on-site display ads, brand hubs, joint activation campaigns (online & social media, content) and others 
  • Input feedback and new ideas on Digital initiatives and assessment of online marketing and activation trends  
  • Translate adidas Marketing Plans into account specific Digital activation plan and comms initiatives, brief customer account team on objectives and implement & create campaigns 
  • Continuously analyze sales, consumer behavior and online marketing campaigns with the account to optimize the marketing action plan/ calendar and to identify future opportunities 
  • Monitor and review marketing spend effectiveness using Partner Development frameworks (ROI reports, A/B testing etc.) and quantify uplift/ commercial impact based on enhancements jointly with DPC Analytics
  • Manage advertising budget effectively across products, campaigns, and media tactics
  • Monitor and report on customers and competitors’ activities and propose/initiate/take actions
  • Adhere to Global standards in collaboration with relevant support functions and monitor/evaluate established processes to guarantee full compliance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • 6+ years of professional experience (ideally Digital Marketing/ Online Product Performance Measurement/ Online Growth via Comms) ideally in sportswear or fashion industry
  • Experience in E-Commerce field (e.g. Digital consumer experience and/or Digital Marketing) 
  • Understanding of key digital success metrics along the consumer journey on- and off-site (PDP traffic, conversion, AOV, click-through rate etc.), as well as marketing  and commercial efficiency metrics (e.g. ROAS, Sell-Through)
  • Experience with CRM & loyalty programs is a plus
  • Ability to efficiently work in a cross-functional organization, ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with different stakeholders from digital and non-digital disciplines on all levels.
  • Ability to focus on solving complex problems, creating digital reports, turning digital data into readable insights and actionable next steps.
  • Comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • Fluent English both verbally and written
