Leading Specialist Media Activation

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive briefs for advertising agencies and identify/define KPIs for each ad campaign.
  • Develop an advertising campaign plan and carry out media planning.
  • Regularly provide reports on all entrusted areas.
  • Monitor the quality of advertising campaigns and optimize them in a timely manner to achieve maximum results.
  • Create and regularly update reports that help look into the details to understand the final result and understand the big picture and dynamics of advertising campaigns.
  • Take actions to optimize budget expenditures to increase the effectiveness of activities carried out, which is expressed in increasing sales while saving the budget.
  • Organize media planning of advertising campaigns for adidas brands: participate in the development of a media planning strategy, coordinate work of partner agencies, monitor quality of media plans and evaluate effectiveness of partner agencies.
  • Timely plan and effectively use the allocated budget for marketing activities, campaigns.
  • Oversee the process of payments and financial documents to suppliers for their services for the marketing department.
  • Develop and implement proposals to increase level of competitiveness of the Company
  • Creates a knowledge base on the source-effectiveness in the context of achieving certain goals of advertising campaigns.
  • Control the timely execution of the terms of contracts by counterparties.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English (C1 level)
  • University Degree
  • Work Experience: 3 and more years of experience in the sphere of Marketing Communication (marketing or advertising agencies)

  • Experience with major international brands is imperative

  • Experience in organizing marketing and brand building

  • Know methods of market studies as well as forecasting demand for manufactured products

  • Obtaining high-quality results from media/advertising agencies;

  • Conditions for concluding commercial transactions and methods of bringing goods (services) to consumers

  • TV/OOH/Radio/ digital planning experience

  • Project management skills, Ability to lead new projects independently;

  • Word: advanced, Excel: basic, PowerPoint: advanced
