As part of the Supply Chain Intelligence team, we are actively seeking an experienced project manager to drive the overall program, project, and work streams deliverables (e.g. project planning, milestones execution and monitoring) in alignment with Supply Chain Intelligence strategic direction, focusing on the Availability and Inventory pillar. Key Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain intelligence projects for Availability & Inventory (including use cases), focusing on business impact and user adoption.
  • Guide and manage the successful delivery of the Supply Chain intelligence deliverables for the Availability & Inventory pillar, including activities like project planning, milestone execution, and progress monitoring.
  • Drive end to end visibility incl. SC Intelligence incl. dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify business opportunities through development of new capabilities, work closely with stakeholders to assess and prioritize demands, ensuring alignment with SCM goals.
  • Foster user adoption by collaborating with supply chain intelligence teams to provide targeted training programs for function and market end-users and stakeholders.
  • Develop and provide documentation and materials to improve user understanding and engagement with supply chain intelligence capabilities.
  • Develop and implement effective demand management processes to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Own communication approach, framework, and delivery for SC Intelligence with the SCM Reporting Community (global and markets).
  • Lead and lay out the interpretation of deliverables and insights into an end-to-end view for the Availability & Inventory topics, considering all deliverables from SC Intelligence, Data Transformation, Analytics Acceleration pillars within SC Intelligence and with DNA Data Foundation team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in multinational environment (e.g. top tier consulting, project management, apparel/fashion, or supply chain management, background).
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a project management or delivery role with strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Experience in agile project management and analytics/data projects preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
