MBA Summer Internship - Digital Analytics AMS (m/f/d)

Our Digital footprint is growing rapidly, and as such we believe our capabilities are core for adidas to understand current eCom performance drivers and related consumer needs. 
  
The better we evolve our reporting, diagnostics, and related actionable insights the more we will help our digital stakeholders take effective decisions for better consumer experience. In this highly evolving landscape, we always seek improvement, and we are looking for someone who can use today's digital tools to contribute to that change. 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 
You will be requested to support key projects that will help us advance our innovation agenda. We will review with you the key projects we will have at your point of entry and will mutually agree which project will be most beneficial for you and your development. Examples of such projects are: 
•    Develop our next generation vision of our A/B test analytics global service 
•    Develop a strategic prioritization framework for most important consumer experience opportunities 
•    Develop an enhanced portfolio impact tracker which improves our ability to track impact and progress on key consumer experience changes 
•    Develop our next level of executive storytelling with regards to global eCom performance 
•    Improving analytical demand coordination with our key markets 

 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES 
•    Knowledge of digital trends and basic knowledge of Digital Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics) 
•    High affinity and skills to work with large data sets (educational background in this is a plus) 
•    MS Office skills, in particular for effective data driven storytelling 
•    Past experience working in e-commerce, or in a data-driven team is a plus 
•    Data driven thinker able to translate data into easy to grasp actions that better serve our customers. 
•    Outstanding command of English 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 
•    Working towards an advanced degree or qualification in Digital, eCommerce, Analytics or other studies with a strong focus on data.
•    Enrolled in a full-time MBA for the whole duration of the internship
•    4+ years of broad based operational and/or strategic Digital experience within Retail and/or brand driven environment
•    Available to participate in our MBA internship program from June to August/September 2022 (12 weeks)
