MBA Summer Internship - Digital Growth Confirmed App (m/f/d)

The Digital Growth team is responsible for contributing to growing adidas’ digital business. It does so by diving into different data tools, finding growth opportunities for the CONFIRMED app and working with various stakeholders to realize these opportunities. 

 

The team leads growth projects to drive continuous, global growth of CONFIRMED’s active userbase by focusing on acquisition and retention, ultimately driving the size of the total active userbase and the consumer lifetime value. Additionally, it plays a key role in working with market counterparts to realize business CONFIRMED-related opportunities across all direct-to-consumer touchpoints. 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 
Scope: Accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects that drive acquisition and engagement for CONFIRMED. 

Digital Marketing and eCommerce
•    Identify gaps and opportunities within the digital user journeys
•    Drive effective use of the different digital touchpoints, from upper-funnel awareness through to advocacy

Analytics
•    Be the expert on some of our analytics tools to discover new, actionable insights
•    Monitor defined metrics and inform the business owner and other stakeholders on risks and opportunities
•    Share insights on the acquisition and engagement performance with relevant stakeholders across the global, local, digital and brand

Project- and Stakeholder Management
•    Work independently and be solution-oriented in ambiguous situations
•    Prioritize your own backlog based on data and help other stakeholders prioritize theirs
•    Deliver structured and organized roadmaps and end-to-end project management to see ideas come to life
•    Represent and communicate CONFIRMED in key stakeholder and leadership meetings to drive effective and trustworthy partnerships with global and local
•    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and understand challenges and opportunities and develop critical insights from data and feedback; turn insights into concrete action plans and help to operationally drive results

Hard Skills
•    Deep understanding of the different phases in digital user journeys and how individual channels and campaigns can contribute
•    Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (performance marketing, SEO, CRM) across web and app
•    Experience with analytics tools for acquisition, behaviour and social listening data
•    Able to analyze, visualize and present data
•    Strong MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
•    Fluent in English both verbally and written

 

QUALIFICATIONS 
•    Enrolled in a full-time MBA/Master for the whole duration of the internship 
•    Ideally 4+ years of relevant work experience 
•    Available to participate in our MBA internship program from June to August/September 2022 (12 weeks)
