Manager, Wholesale (Sales)


To achieve profitable sales and sustainable marketgrowth for adidas Philippines, with the primary objective of developing and implementing the Company's Sales strategy and customer plans. To implement the 'Own the Game' strategic plan with specified accounts. To be a senior member and lead by example with the customer teams.




  • Negotiate and reinforce adidas trade terms
  • Develop and Implement the Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly conducted
  • Represent the Key Account team internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and manage all interfaces
    • Frequently address Key Account requirements across functions
    • Proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts
      • Assist in the development of account strategies, formalization by strategic account plans and get sign-off by the director superior
  • Sell-in and agree on sell-through support. 
  • Formalize specific Account’s Marketing Plans
    • Proactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions for the Key Account team
  • Continue to monitor the sell-through and the order back-log as well as reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account
    • By proactively facilitate meeting with designated operations team and Customer Service
    • To conduct and share sell through information from account
  • Manage HUB stakeholders supporting the country and customers
  • Execute aligned WHS APAC/SEA strategic directives as aligned with head of channel
  • Lead and manage any direct reports



  • Monitor the progress of assigned accounts KPIs to ensure target achievement
  • Monitor & report customers and competitors’ activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions
  • Ensure customer compliance with trade agreements (i.e. trade terms)
  • Supervise and lead team member(s)



  • To observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings;
  • Support APAC changes and directions;
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time


Professional background/ Experience

  • Preferably 4 years sales, Sales/Account Management
  • Preferably industry experience in Apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG
  • Strong leadership capability
  • University degree in Business with sales/ Commercial focus
  • Technical Skills: Outlook – Basic, Word – Advanced, Excel – Advanced, PowerPoint – Advanced
  • Language Skills: English – Advanced, Local Language - Fluent
