Manager, Digital Visual Merchandising, APAC

 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role would be part of the team driving the adidas adidas eCommerce business in Asia Pacific by creating best in class premium shopping experiences on adidas owned digital platforms. The person will have the opportunity to create a premium and seamless experience for any consumer’s digital journey by excellently coordinating with local , regional and global team for  calendar, campaign and sell through management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with analytics team to establish data driven best practices
  • Plan the eCom calendar with Asia Pacific markets to incorporate brand, commercial, app, creator club and email moments to hit the annual forecast
  • Support the digital experience manager to track brand campaigns ST and commercial campaign targets and coordinate action plans to mitigate any risks
  • Ensure the digital brief process is robust enough to support all digital touch points
  • Work with the analytics team to search for optimisation opportunities on all our platforms
  • Work with the analytics team to search for optimisation opportunities for our email programs(brand, commercial, CLC)
  • Planning & Briefs (Commercial, Brand, CRM, CC, Mobile App) / Calendar
  • Partner closely with the membership team to land member weeks in time and in full
  • Partner closely with the membership team to land membership initiatives such as Early Access and Member exclusive
  • Source/ Create all digital briefs in a timely fashion for brand, commercial, app, creator club and email moments to hit the annual forecast
  • Accurately follow the eCom calendar but support in season flexibility with ST in mind
  • Ensure a smooth consumer journey on all our launches
  • Support optimisation based on data to improve the site, app and email landscape
  • Work closely with the global POs and hub analytics team to ensure these tools are used in the best possible way
  • Work with relevant parties/3rd party support to ensure digital touch points get the creatives they need

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Brand management experience
  • General eCommerce understanding; working knowledge with vendors
  • Meticulous, high motivated, good communication and presentation skills, efficient & collaborative
  • English

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business/Marketing Management
  • >5 year experience in an eCommerce environment
