Manager, Integrated Business Planning

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Plan, forecast and align the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process with sales and marketing to meet the demand planning strategy of adidas Group SEA

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement and facilitate the Integrated Business Plan(IBP) to ensure the accuracy of the demand planning forecast (CCP/IBP)
  • Drive monthly IBP process to ensure the close alignment with strategic plan, accuracy and timely global communication of the demand plan
  • Lead the regular communication with Sales & Marketing to capture business changes affecting the demand plan, collaborate with MOPS & merchandising to ensure the volume and value (Net Sales) is aligned with strategic plan
  • Lead seasonal forecast validation and sign off process, include but not limit to OTB, SNP and BUY sign off, to ensure country/channels forecast or buy to financial sales targets.
  • Facilitate gap closing activities with respect to channels and categories and consider gap closing activities in Demand Plan
  • Manage the data flows between involved Sales & Marketing parties for demand planning process (as defined by the IBP requirements)
  • Track and improve Forecast Accuracy of demand plan, facilitate analysis, understanding and best practice to improve future planning efforts 
  • Collaborate closely with other members of supply chain, sales, marketing and finance  to achieve sales and service objectives
  • Develop and monitor key KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term planning aligned with global standards
  • Provide transparency on Risk & Opportunity in Demand Planning including likelihood
  • Measure the seasonal demand plan at critical supply milestones against actuals (Planning accuracy cockpit)
  • Manage and/or improve the all related necessary processes and ensure the process is operated as designed.
  • Plays a key role in the strategic planning forecasting and decision making to ensure that business goals are met by regularly using the data of company sales, full Profit and Loss , costs, margins and other key financial data available only to roles of management and executive levels (such as the Senior Leadership team)
