Business Process Manager - 9 month LTD

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

The role of Business Process Manager is responsible for business process and IT development for SCM NAM Order Fulfillment. In addition, this position is responsible for representing the interests of Order Fulfillment (OF) in projects, system, and process changes.

 

The role aims to support the OF goal of optimizing the end-to-end Order Fulfillment process and ensure COTIF targets are being met. Coordinate supply availability to ensure optimized order book coverage and achieve inventory targets.

 

The role will also support and lead initiatives collaborating with colleagues within the Omni/Fulfilment/Deployment teams, to deliver on the Own the Game strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Own process and related system documentation for Order Fulfillment ensuring this is maintained
  • Planning and coordination of system testing for Order Fulfillment, including assessing scenarios and test script requirements
  • Ownership of Order Fulfillment network and batch jobs
  • Work cross functionally with other SCM BPMs/teams to ensure that projects and initiatives are supported and delivered successfully
  • Work with the Senior Manager Process and Analytics to develop the short and mid-term game plan for NAM BPM and lead the execution of strategy/initiatives
  • Manage Order Fulfillment business requirements together with CoE SCM and IT to provide process and systems solutions
  • Maintain cross-functional, process oriented thinking and continuous improvement of Order Fulfillment processes
  • Ensure alignment of Order Fulfillment processes for all brands, channels, and across NAM DCs
  • Act as a final point of contact for the OF team regarding system queries, before issues are addressed to IT

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • In depth knowledge of supply chain management
  • Process thinking
  • MS Office (Excel/Access, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
  • SAP knowledge
  • Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
  • Strong reporting & analytical skills
  • Operations as wells as cost-focused mindset

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • A university degree with emphasis in the areas of business, information systems, logistics or operations
  • 5 years of work experience in supply chain management
  • Excellent SAP skills and 3rd Party applications
  • Competent user in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Microstrategy and other analytics/visualization tools
  • Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
