Manager, Store Operations, Retail

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization 
To drive global & local projects through active communication and collaboration with key stake holders and support our DMs and store teams to hit our business target through best store operations


Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and implementing global and local projects/initiatives such as KRONOS, ThinkTime, House of Retail, experience NPS, stockHERO/REPS and etc
  • Level up checklist communication & update with RBO & retail stores 
  • LPM update : Local adaptation of GPM by aligning with relevant depts
  • ICS testing(Internal Control System) : Initiating the testing and aligning the type of evidence with IC & PP
  • Internal communications (TFT / eCom and etc) on behalf of store operations 
  • Review & Report stocktaking result on a half yearly basis 
  • Coordinate & Support On-site event & Family sale
  • Set up store opening / closing / renovation agenda & Notice
  • Budgeting of store operations & a retail director
  • Final budget checking for retail stores & communicatate with Financial planning
  • Forecast & Control OPEX based on cost-saving perspective (retail store & store operations) 
  • Cost negotiations with vendors
  • Active communication with other markets and global team to learn and share the best practice
  • Communications with Global retail operations team in line with a retail director
  • Provide feedback on behalf of retail stores and RBO

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of work experience in Retail Operations in Global Brand
  • Oustanding communication & Negotiation skills, & Project Management Skills
  • Customer service / Retail enviroment experience 
  • University degree or above
  • Advanced IT skills in outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint 
  • Excellent written and spoken English
