Manager, Visual Merchandising

Job Purpose:

Effectively plan and implement Marketing campaigns according to the Marketing Calendar, ensuring visual merchandising standards to maximize sell-through performance in DTC (Own Retail) and Wholesale doors. 


Drive sell-through by effectively implementing retail space projects in key doors according to best practices and in a consistent, cost-effective and premium way. 


Work closely with SEAPAC Marketing and market VM teams, agencies to ensure consistent execution in retail, creating a Market culture of excitement, and desire to win at the point of sale through optimal VM execution.


  • Be consumer centric, drive sell-thru
  • Be the area Champion for VM across categories with full alignment with SEAPAC and PH Marketing (especially Omnichannel
  • Plan and rollout campaigns according to the SEAPAC Marketing Calendar
  • Timely and impactful implementation in mono and multi-branded stores. Timely and resourceful co-ordination with VM outsource.
  • Manage VM including monthly route plan in adidas controlled/selling area with the co-ordination and help from the DTC/Wholesale team
  • Monthly rollout VM trainings, measuring its effectiveness
  • Manage, monitor and effectively spend assigned MWB
  • Set up sell-in event according to the agreed category/brand message from Omnichannel 
  • Submit RTM monthly report to SEAPAC
  • Follow global and SEAPAC guidelines
  • Lead special projects if assigned



  • Build country VM team:

           -  Cascade SEAPAC/Market VM direction and expectations
           -  Provide coaching and immediate feedback to direct reports
           -  Lead and motivate team

  • Full integration with country Marketing/DTC/Wholesale teams



  • To observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings;

Professional background/ Experience:  

  • Preferably 3+ years experience in trade and/or project management
  • Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ shoes/ agencies/ retail
  • Cultural: Ability to work in international environment
  • Exposure: Sports, fashion, retail
  • Preferably a degree in Marketing or related area
  • Design background will be an advantage    
  • Advanced skills in Microsft Office such as: Outlook, Advanced, Advanced, Powerpoint: Advanced    
  • English: Fluent written/ spoken
  • Filipino: Fluent written/ spoken
