Manager Campaign Operations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


Accelerating eCommerce is a key pillar of our overall 2020 strategy for China for both adidas & Reebok. Our digital platforms and experiences play a vital role in connecting our consumers with our products and brands across many different touch points, as well performing the important role of selling directly to the consumer. 


The ideal candidate will play an important role is focusing on establishing an operational excellence for product publishing, product launch and leading projects and initiatives to improve operation efficiency and productivity.


In this role you will be responsible for managing the cross functional end-to-end production process of all our promotional assets, supporting our marketing, UX teams.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Enhance product information according to needs from brand campaigns, consumer experience and market insights to enable a user-friendly and searchable product attribution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional to ensure effective exchange of product information and efficient execution of product publishing plan
  • Track product readiness and ensure product going-live at a timely manner
  • Be responsible for launch operations
  • Be able to quickly respond to and trouble shoot issues during product and campaign launch; and be responsible for escalation to other functional teams for resolution at timely manner;
  • Manage product lifecycle and be responsible for product on-shelf/off-shelf tracking
  • Closely monitor campaign products readiness and progress, report execution status, and escalate issues timely for more support
  • Drive operation efficiency and excellence through continuous process optimization, system enhancement and projects initiatives
  • Be able to independently handle ad hoc business requirements and lead and execute contingency plan
  • Key contact window for product activation and campaign readiness
  • Be able to support operation cross different platforms and stores



Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6 years of eCommerce Operation, team and agency management experience is preferable
  • Be familiar with TMALL/JD campaign/promotion process
  • Be passionate about eCommerce and able to work under intense timeline
  • Can work during weekends or public holidays if needed
  • Sense of responsibility, independent way to work
  • High level of problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and speaking English
  • Excellent skills on EXCEL and Microsoft office software
  • Strong team player


Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Overseas working or study experience
