Manager Concept To Consumer Operations, Originals

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

 

Contribute to a successful sell-in process, driving operational excellence in an end-to-end seasonal framework.

Manage horizontal projects and provide reliable support of strategic relevant brand topics to ensure an impactful Sell In as a base for flawless execution across all categories and markets.

Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to move to proactive seasonal planning, striving towards improved effectiveness and efficiency.

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Support and manage the creation and execution of cross-functional projects ensuring successful implementation and generation of expected benefits
  • Partner with assigned BU CTC colleagues to define and align on seasonal needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure high-class Sell In Brand support for a maximum of impact to Markets and customers
  • Understand the CTC contribution towards Brand Milestones and support in hitting on-time-in-full delivery
  • Identify potential process and content improvements and build action plans towards next generation solutions
  • Facilitate horizontal and cross-functional initiatives in close collaboration with internal and external key relevant stakeholders
  • Support in setting up workshops & meetings and engage towards successful output and clear action plans
  • Coordinate and facilitate inspirational and successful sell in content
  • Plan and execute against key seasonal projects and initiatives
  • Support business process definition within given projects
  • Manage ongoing governance of identified tasks and work towards stakeholder compliance
  • Manage and provide day to day content and analysis
  • Support project communication with stakeholders incl Senior Leadership Team.

  • Ability to work under pressure & be open minded towards change
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Language skills: Strong written and verbal skills in English, other European

languages advantageous

 

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • University Degree or equivalent education required
  • 3+ years relevant experience in marketing and/or project management
  • Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
  • High understanding of common business tools, procedures, etc.
