Manager Creation Process

Purpose:
Refine and implement internal creation process management in accordance with strategic direction across the Business Unit. Management of projects as assigned across Yeezy & Originals. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

-    Develop/refine & implement and manage cross-functional alignment of product creation processes in collaborations with marketing, design & development within the BU.
-    Ensure efficient communication and information sharing between triad through implementation and maintenance of practices and tools to make information visible and comprehensible for decision makers across shifting priorities & projects.
-    Support an effective working relationship across the CREATION environment through regular communication and interaction.
-    Manage sub-process alignment globally/ regionally/ locally/ cross-functionally including process/ system integration.  
-    Support creation calendar management through the facilitation and escalations to BU leadership team through weekly escalation and wrap-up sessions to address process obstacles to bring product to life. 
-    Execute/ drive specific projects across Yeezy & Originals as directed by line manager.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 
•    University degree or equivalent education required.
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in job or job function.
