Manager DTC Excellence

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

The retail expert for financial reporting such as P&L, budget, actual vs. forecast and business planning(BPM) in order to support and promote the achievement of retail targets and retail financial compliance also ensuring maximizing the profitability of the DTC channel  by managing projects to decrease complexity, increase productivity and ensure corporate compliance at field level for all stores in Israel .

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Retail financial reports analysis
  • Providing Commentary Based on Analysis of Variances (Actual Vs Budget/Prior Year)
  • Generating sales reports (daily, weekly and a broad monthly report)
  • Building and controlling the retail personal expenses budget
  • Owner of RIS report- contact person, communication throughout relevant channels and planning accordingly
  • Building and controlling the retail operational budget
  • Contact person to EM retail in matter of reports, Q&A etc.
  • Owner of the BPM process A to Z
  • Editing, uploading and managing CAR process in the relevant system
  • Building and communicating retail Business forecasts (NS, SM, etc.)
  • Preparing Franchisee BPM's
  • Updating Stores status in the SPOT system and communicating it to EM and Cyp1 Finance
  • Forecasting and monitoring stores Fittings and fixtures together with Store development go to person
  • To ensure implementing of Global standard tools, processes and service structure as well as consultation(s) with market specific detail.
  • Own the IBP process from the DTC area of responsibility and accountability
  • Independently take ownership of assigned project work to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives.
  • Complete pre-project analysis, capturing current processes and practices across Clusters and seek existing out best in class resources from Global and other markets.
  • Build comprehensive project plans for each project including success measures from all stakeholders, commercial implications and timelines.
  • Track progress of on going initiatives.
  • Take ownership for all compliance training and documentation. Work with other internal stakeholders including Legal and Internal Control to develop and deliver compliance materials on related processes.
  • Drive a culture of sharing and adopting global best practices
  • Lead key initiatives focused on Retail Operations enhancements

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent attention to detail, operational and analysis skills
  • Advanced MS office skills (Excel is a must)
  • Understanding of retail management system and back office system
  • structured, process oriented at the same time approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment and under pressure.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • University degree
  • <2 years Retail experience –similar capacity

Exposure – statistics, strategic planning, business analytics
