Manager Digital Data Analytics

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Responsible for analytics and reporting for Digital Activation and Customer Engagementindependently.
  • Using available and newly generated digital campaign and consumer data for identifying campaign results, consumer affinities and enabling consumer specific communication
  • Being able to interpret analytical results to cross – functional partners
  • Making consumer data easy to assimilate for cross – functional partners, enabling more avenues to understand the adidas end consumer.
     
     
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify value-add opportunities for advanced digital and CRM data analytics across the functions.
  • Responsible for digital and CRM campaign analysis, segmentation, KPI measurement and more.
  • Data visualization and to provide data insights.
  • Work closely with MKT team, Retail team, Merchandise team, and IT team to deliver comprehensive execution towards CRM tactics.
  • Enhance organization’s omni-channels data capabilities and use of data. Continuously optimize digital campaign and CRM platform structure and architecture.
  • To lead and shape digital activation and CRM data strategy for adidas China.

    Internal: Retail, eCommerce, News Room, Digital Marking, IT
    External: Agencies, System partners, etc
     
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Skilled in Statistical modelling. Excellent knowledge of SQL and R.    (required)
  • Excellent project management skills. (required)
  • Excellent ability to transform analysis results into understandable insights. Great presentation skills. (required)
  • Can-do attitude. (required)
  • Solid data analysis experience in CRM relevant position in retail/cosmetics/financial services industry. (preferred)
  • Understanding of web analytics is a plus. (preferred)
  • Exposure to handling big data sets and an understanding of the back end systems to enable the same would be highly preferred
     
     
     
    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative degree (Mathematics, Statistics)
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience
  • Fluent in English
