Manager Digital Site Merchandising, .com Eccosystem

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work with Campaign Management team to deliver visual merchandising excellence to improve conversion rate and consumer experience across adidas .com ecosystem.
  • Associate with Campaign Management team to further explore the opportunities of improving consumer experience on owned sites new functions. Including “good products” “new arrivals” to secure a exellence consumer experience on key consumer touch points.
  • Work with eCommerce buying team and execute seasonal merchandising strategy across adidas.com ecosystem.
  • Refresh the product display across platforms on weekly basis based on key performance indicators to maximize conversion rate.
  • Deliver product presentation plan for cross-site events and keep refreshing to improve conversion rate.
  • Coordinate the return or shipment when product lifecycle on owned sites is due.
  • Work closely with 3rd party agency to deliver accurate site merchandising executions. Make sure sku count, pricing, images and inventories are uploaded as planned.

  • Vendor for owned sites

 

KPI:

  • Overall commercial sales target for responsible owned store
  • Sell Thru, Stock ratio, discount rate
  • Traffic mix & sales mix efficiency among all store product

  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Solid working experience with Merchandising or Product Management
  • Good knowledge of all ecommerce channels/online marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and fact based orientation in decision making
  • Experienced in working cross-functional within international organization
  • Tolerance to stress, high energy and strong job ownership
  • High degree of integrity and loyalty
  • Business acumen, especially for e-commerce
  • Experiences on APP operation is required

  

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 8+ year experience in merchandising & inseason trading;
  • preferably with a background in sporting goods & Retail
  • eCommerce background is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent Business English
