Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • To support internal customers in optimising their contribution as well as pro-actively providing concepts and process improvements to sustain and develop profitability and value.



Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Financial Analysis

  • Work with all shared service functions (HR / Admin / Finance / BD) to prepare PEX, OPEX and CAPEX.
  1. Monitor actual to Budget / Forecast to find out root cause of variance
  2. Cross-function coordination to ensure forecast accuracy
  3. Pro-actively assist business to achieve their financial targets
  4. Communicate and support target shift between local and HQ
  5. Prepare presentation deck
  • Timely check, process and track PR/PO/GR to meet KPI
  • Provide accrual information to GBS team at month end to ensure complete and proper booking.
  • Balance Sheet Review every month to ensure payroll balance is reasonably stated.
  • Provide liquidity forecast of CAPEX/ Rental/ Legal Fee/ PEX)
  • Act as a Financial Consultant in Business Case preparation, analysis and monitoring in order to safeguard profitability of projects.
  • Proactively identifies issues and potential improvement and recommends solutions.
  • Provide ad-hoc information to managers in order to help control and develop their business.

  • Ensure compliance with Business Case preparation and submission to relevant authorization levels.
  • Develop useful analysis and reporting tools.
  • Review, develop and ensure compliance with existing systems and processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • ~5 years of FP&A experience.
  • Experience with Global consumer goods brand a plus.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Service oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High degree of responsibility and personal integrity.
  • Self-starter / Self-motivation
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Experience in business process setup and reengineering will be a plus.



Requisite Education

  • University degree or above
  • Member of an internationally recognized professional accounting body preferred.
