Manager Franchise Operations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


  • To ensure development, facilitate and lead successful operations of Franchise Business model and secure continuously Improvement of Franchise solutions for all type of accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To execute and constantly improve E2E Franchise Business Model
  • To manage the Franchise collaborations by coordinating all involved functions


  • To identify Franchising opportunities and partners jointly with Sales Management


  • To operate and manage all day-to-day tasks related to the Franchise business and collaborations


  • To provide Franchising business cases and drive the decision process


  • To assess and advise how to improve performance of Franchising business model


  • To staff most suitable persons for direct and indirect report positions in alignment with Sales Management


  • To develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job


  • To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines



  • To ensure smooth cooperation along all interfaces


  • To measure progress on own KPIs


  • To track and drive franchise stores KPIs



Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
  • Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
  • Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5 Years experience
