Manager GBS Product Supply Creation SME (M/F/D)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Oversee integrated purchasing, global supply planning and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability target OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation) and respects market SLAs.
Optimize usage of factory capacity in line with market requirements, supplier capabilities to service global demand. Work across functions to drive risk mitigation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the buy decisions in line with the supply plan and respecting market SLA’s
- Manage the execution of the global demand allocation to the sourcing base
- Manage business control process for relevant area; consolidate and review team insights and prepare input for market availability projections. Buy review with market SCM providing market availability projections. Drive risk mitigating actions via demand and PO management.
- Lead Supply Review with relevant Liaison Office (LO) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place
- Manage level loading execution for respective area i.e. Pre-seasonal activities, Contracts and Pull forward process (PF) etc.
- Process leader; manage process execution identifying and lead process improvements. Drive implementation of projects within area of responsibility and contribute to system & process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross divisionally/cross brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and manage collaborative relationships with key counterparts in Market SCM, Sourcing, GBS

- Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills) and Supply Chain Planning and Execution software applications
- Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
- Proven work experience in people management / demonstrated ability to manage a medium-sized team
