Manager Imports (SCM)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


Execute inbound processes according to business requirements in order to achieve product availability

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible of footwear, textile and accessories classification processes for CIP, DJCP and    
    Import Licenses
  2. Make sure that custom documentation is delivered on time.
  3. Ensure approved Import licenses before cargo arrives.
  4. Coordinate customs brokers according to business priorities.
  5. Set KPIs to evaluate Customs Brokers Performance
  6. Ensure product availability. Create reports for involved areas. 
  7. Participation in meetings with Purchasing, OF and CTC.
  8. Keep updated SAP deliveries dates
  9. Control goods’ labeling to comply with local legal requirements
  10. Define & follow up Confirmations per Q for Colombia
  11. Involvement in different projects of the organization, especially related with OEA certification.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:


  • University degree in International trade or Logistics
  • Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
  • Fluid / advance English (written and spoke)
  • Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge including company policies and practices
  • Experience with OEA processes is a must.
  • PMO, Project management experience.


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5 years experience
  • Minimum 1 year informal management experience required
