Manager Information Security 

Purpose:

The InfoSec team protect adidas from cyber security threats by delivering effective information security services and improvement initiatives, managing, and responding to security incidents to ensure, and support the continuity and growth of adidas's business operations; and meet both internal and external stakeholders' expectations across the world.

As part of the security transformation activities within adidas, new capabilities are being created. This requires a skilled and experienced talent to build the new capability improve adidas’s information security posture in order protect the adidas from complex cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with respective Application security teams to obtain and present key Application Security objectives

• Support the tracking and reporting of the application security projects (S-SDLC, Software Supply chain, Penetration test, Red Team, Purple Team, bug Bounty, SAST, DAST, vulnerability issue management) interacting with other key stakeholders
• Work with respective Application security teams to identify and obtain KPIs
• Understand application security processes and contribute to improve them.
• Identify approaches on how to reduce manual effort in Application Security activities, contributing to automate activities.

What we are looking for:

• Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience 

• At least 3-year experience in IT, including 1+ year of experience in Application Security project management.

• Confluence, Jira knowledge

•  Proficient spoken and written of English 

•  Excellent interpersonal skills 

•  Good work team player and organizational skills 

• Strong analytical skills  

• Ability to identify problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions 

•  Experience & preference to work a in global, diverse, and inclusive organization
