MANAGER INTERNAL COMMUNICATION COUNTRY 

 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization 

Plan and execute country Internal Communication in close alignment with Regional Internal Communication Director and the Global Corporate Communication team. Enhance the company´s reputation and positively impact employee engagement through developing impactful storylines and communicating them to internal audiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Implement internal communication strategy and plan using different channels and media tools to ensure people’s understanding of the company’s vision, mission, the strategy and inspire people to live our purpose and values - via the established and approved communication tools 

  • Advise on internal comms with relevant stakeholders providing guidance and templates within the region/countries, in alignment with regional/global activities         

  • Manage and develop approved internal communication channels such as Yammer, Sharepoint, promoting the use of these channels as the go-to place for employee communication 
     

  • Produce content to help align the organization's goals, promoting engagement with employees in a transparent and timely manner 

  • Support the Internal Communication Director plan and implement all-employee events such as remote or in-person All Employee Meetings, and others to achieve the targeted communication and cultural objectives in a timely manner and within budget in close collaboration relevant stakeholders      

  • Plan all communication efforts using the global planning tool in a detailed and timely manner and track impact of communication using provided measurement tools reacting to follow-up needs to continuously improve communications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 

  • Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained  

  • Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices  

  • Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc.

  • Fluent English 

  • Strong Office and PPT skills 

  • Photoshop and basic video shooting/editing skills a plus 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 5 years experience 

  • experience in a relevant field such as training, change, or communications.
     
  • Demonstrated progression of responsibilities in scope, complexity, degree of exposure to leadership.
