Manager MOPs

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Orchestrate, optimize and, if needed, customize the Market E2E CTC processes /calendars, key business processes and services (such as samples, catalogues, showrooms) and events;

Define local tools or events, if needed ; Drive or participate in Brand projects.


Key Responsibilities:  


  • Ensure effective implementation of Market or EM GTM calendars and positive collaboration with other Market sub-unit marketing and Sales teams.
  • Plan and execute local sales and retail launches- owner and the lead of Campaigns GTM process.
  • Use Market or EM catalogues, sell-in tools and samples and create local-specific solutions, as needed.
  • Closely collaborate with Market and EM stakeholders to achieve full alignment and continuous process/tools improvement.
  • Provide inputs on local needs related to samples and showrooms requirements to deliver successful sell in.
  • Ensure smooth alignment (process/systems/sell-in) of HQ and local creation center range.
  • Build an accurate template to support marketing & channels.
  • Marketing seasonal system check and updates, to ensure systems running (incl. RMA, DMT, ACS…)
  • Plan and organize the alliances account Sell-in Events (i.e. Pre-line, Preview Sell-In meetings)
  • Manage the product order process.




Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. relationship management, facilitation) and deep cross-functional process knowledge
  • Strong project management skills
  • Cross functional experience in merchandising/product, marketing, sales/retail (sporting goods industry preferred)
  • Experience in an operational driven environment (timelines, milestones, calendar management)
  • Experience in both market and above market organization preferred
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Strong analytical skills (!).
  • Excellent organising and coordination skills


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  


  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Fluent in English both oral and writing.
  • CAN DO attitude.
