Manager Omnichannel Marketing

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Ensure industry-leading execution and commercial impact of adidas marketing concepts across all our Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channels (Own Retail, Factory Outlets, and Franchise) within Israel.

 

Drive brand leadership at customers’ Point of Purchase, with a focus on RETAIL EXCELLENCE in campaign execution and full price sell-through at defined Key Doors.

 

Set campaign objectives and KPI’s upfront and compile post-campaign reports to analyze store/channel performance and to determine ROI.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

    • Implement customized Account Marketing Plans for DTC across key categories. Ensure that the Account Marketing Plans are linked to the Brand strategy and Strategic Category Plans
    • Manage the budget for DTC based on the omni-marketing priorities and tiers
  • Initiate and manage a monthly budget reporting tool to showcase budget tracking to OMNI Manager with a focus on cost efficiencies and positive ROI
    • Brief, manage & execute campaign excellence in line with the Account Marketing Plans for DTC
    • Manage tracking of campaign implementation and drive pre & post ROI analysis with the objective of discussing findings/solutions with DTC teams
    • Collaborate with DTC teams as the key marketing contact ensuring alignment across channels and informing all key stakeholders of various channel plans
    • Review and suggest DTC business opportunities, on category level, to identify growth opportunities
    • Support the DTC teams in door planning and strategic door meetings or as otherwise required

 

    • Ensure constant communication at store level as well as with the Brand Marketing team to drive foot traffic to stores and ensure full price sell-through
    • Manage new store openings and revamps processes in line with Store Development teams
    • Set campaign objectives and KPI’s upfront and compile post-campaign reports to analyze store performance and to determine ROI
    • Manage Door Transformation planning, coordination and execution
    • Other duties as assigned by line manager

 

 

KPI’s:

  • Drive brand Health KPIs
    (Brand momentum, Spontaneous purchase intent, etc.)
  • Store Traffic and FPST
  • Market Share with focus on top 10 Brand doors and top 6 Premium FO’s
  • NS and Market Share
  • Tracking and Managing MWB monthly according to approved RFC
  • Campaign pre and post ROI

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent skills to navigate and handle complex and challenging internal and external discussions.
  • Strong business acumen (Budgeting, P&L responsibility experience)
  • Advanced cross-functional Marketing knowledge and Market experience in sport and/or fashion/lifestyle categories (sporting goods industry preferred)
  • Leading and managing a diverse team
  • Consumer-focused with range understanding and the ability to balance Brand and Commercial priorities to build channel- and consumer-specific activation plans that meet KPI targets
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Experience in both market and above market organization preferred
  • Open to travel regularly within Israel

 

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business and/or a minimum of 2-4 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Fluent in English
