Manager Partnership

  • Be responsible for developing key China partnerships for adidas membership, including leading partners in market industry like Sports, Lifestyle, Travel, Airline, Consumer Market, Financial, Online platform etc.
  • Contributes to the delivery of integrated strategic partnership including co-branded, benefits, market promotion and acquiring opportunities to boost adidas member pool
  • Contribute towards business opportunities that increase userbase, transaction volume and revenue for adidas core business
  • Assessing of marketing, managing process of projects, leading and facilitating business negotiation, mobilizing and coordinating internal resources and tracking performance or on-going projects
  • Develop strong relationships/partnership with key decision makers to understand the partner business strategies and needs, and deliver against business targets for membership overall objectives
  • Works closely and develops relationships with internal stakeholders across the business function to ensure project quality and identification of follow-up business opportunities
  • Creates and review performance presentations, proposals and internal business case development
  • Potential partnership resources, either brand or organizationssports, healthy lifestyle, KOLs, etc.is preferred .
  • Great execution capability for Partnership related activities or campaigns
  • Responsible for Partnership related KPIs tracking (new members, community active rate – TBC if there would be key cities’ community, sales contribution to total CRM Sales)

Qualification and Experience

Essential

 

  • Graduate’s degree in Marketing, Business or Economics or related fields
  • 7 years+ of experience in working with relevant experience in partnership communications and project management in sports industry, hospitality industry or financial industry
  • Experience and confidence dealing with high-level stakeholders and senior management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Flexible and self-motivated, with capacity to multitask and prioritize, managing multiple projects with different teams and/or partners, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure in a high-paced environment
