WHAT IS INVOLVED 

• Work with physical and digital prototypes 

• Create and convey your own patterns from brief to commercialisation 

• Create industry leading fit and consider feedback from consumers and testers 

• Be our pattern expert counterpart to marketing, design, development and global suppliers within the product creation process 

• Be an active member of the global pattern community 

• Work with latest technology and disrupt the industry standards with new innovations 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• A passion for textiles, sports and innovation 

• Degree clothing technology/textile engineering or comparable education 

• A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience and deep knowledge in pattern creation, from construction, grading and visualization 

• Good knowledge of Clo 3D or a similar software (e.g. V-Stitcher, Gerber, Browzwear)  

• Creative skills to drive aesthetic and functional sportswear 

• Team player who feels comfortable communicating in an international environment and working in a fast-changing textile world
