Manager Program Facilitation

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION


The Learning and Development Manager (LDM) will support the delivery of projects, programs, and initiatives designed to develop the skills and abilities of leaders throughout the world. The LDM will work across all areas of Learning and Development in both a strategic and administrative capacity. This role contributes to the overall success of Learning and Development (L&D) and ensures excellence in execution of all L&D projects. This role will maintain clear and consistent communications across L&D, the larger Talent community, and with global stakeholders. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


•    Collaborate with L&D collegues and contribute to the delivery of globally consistent programs and experiences 
•    Coordinate and manage key internal and external relationships 
•    Execute many day-to-day operations (e.g., setting meeting agendas, meeting preparation before key meetings, prepare PowerPoint presentations, facilitate planning calls)
•    Capture the results of our services/products and track program results
•    Maintain various data bases
•    Serve as the primary project and initiative manager for various short-cycle, and ad-hoc projects.
•     Assist with more complex or longer-cycle projects including but not limited, succession planning, development programs, and Talent Planning

•    Skilled collaborator with HR, Talent, OPs, and business leaders to support the implementation of Leadership Development products
•    Willingness to pitch-in and  lend a hand on any project or task that support the effectiveness of the Leadrship Development team
•    Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with minimal direction or supervision
•    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to create a variety of communication tools. 
•    Exceptional written and verbal skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
•    Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

•    Four-year college or university degree
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a program or department support role
•    Experience in a larger, corporate structure, matrixed company environment preferred
•    Prior experience working with forward thinking organizations.
