Manager Project Coordination _ Employee Engagement / HR (m/f/d) - temp until December 2021

 

Purpose

Represent the link between HR and the business by establishing and implementing a framework for employee engagement in the newly established Lucerne office. Identify best practices from other adidas sites and tailor them to the needs for the local employees in order to create a greater sense of belonging and to foster increased exchange between the teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the link between HR, Workplaces, the Lucerne Leadership team and the employees by establishing and maintaining an engagement framework.
  • Be visible and approachable for employees and resource groups and create a sense of ownership to shape the office culture.
  • Manage day-to-day project management, e.g. design project plans, maintain work plans, create and implement status update documents and monitor progress according to agreed milestones
  • Ensure a robust planning is created and applied and securing success and consistency in implementation
  • Drive tactical initiatives and ensure that the stakeholders are updated timely
  • Use appropriate and effective communication methods to Senior Management and stakeholders

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; effective at networking and forming relationships
  • Pro-active (engaging & assertive) mindset, ability to build strong professional credibility and objectively support Functions and stakeholders professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business and cultures
  • Good experience in networking on a global level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on timelines and quality
  • Ability to focus, manage and prioritize resources
  • Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

Requisite Education and Experience

  • University degree
  • Internships or study abroad
  • Minimum of 3-5 years progressive work experience in the field of HR and/or Project Management
  • Project Management knowledge
  • German and English fluent (verbally and in writing)
  • Good MS-Office user-knowledge, ideally SAP knowledge
