Manager Range Architecture Ecom Speical Event and FO,CTC GCA

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Review and discuss with C/C CTC and Channels timelines and process improvements
  • Working with BU to ensure right FO Range and Assortment at different discount bucket
  • Define right Range Architecture for FO Planning
  • Propose dates for next season FO milestones, get confirmation with Global and input into the system
  • Constant communication and sharing of FO Planning process with all Stakeholders
  • Adjust the released global GFO list (v1, v1.5, v2) for GCA and share with GCA BUs
  • Ensure all relevant data is aligned and input into the correspondent systems (ie: BU range in HubLight)
  • Regular range updates from GCA BU or Global FO to C/Cs (cascading information)
  • Regular business analysis and range architecture review for FO by C/C and GCA level
  • Build C/Cs initial RA plan for FO and review with C/C CTC for confirmation
  • Validate C/C requests with business case/financial impact
  • Manage range overlap to balance commonality vs. C/C exclusive needs
  • Provide RA by C/C’s to CTC head for sign-off
  • Interaction and communication with GCA BUs on FO RA
  • Collect Hub Light / GFO list information & map attributes
  • Create FO Gap analysis, collecting feedback from BU and C/Cs
  • Share FO Gap analysis and comments to GCA BU and C/Cs CTC, and to Global for further offer requests
  • Support with Gap Fillers follow-up with global
  • Prepare QRI template, share with C/Cs, collect back and consolidate the information.
  • Discuss & adjust QRI input from C/Cs with GCA BUs, and share with Global FO team.
  • Follow-up with C/Cs on GFO forecast, review the input and share with Global FO team
  • GCA Attributes Mapping (for all analysis and reports)
  • Follow-up with Global on RMA availability
  • Drive performance and development culture through #MYBEST
  • Drive employee engagement, leading by example

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to develop and implement strategy
  • Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
  • Distinct track record of success and high-level assortment management knowledge
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) and support functions (finance preferred), as well as different organizational levels (Global, Market, etc.)
  • Strong industry knowledge, across divisions—footwear, apparel and accessories—and across all BUs.
  • Expert understanding of Asian markets’ consumers, accounts, economic environment and commercial needs

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Above 8 years of marketing management experience with a recognized top tier brand, with at least 10 years in product channel management. Regional experience preferred.
  • Exposure to other marketing disciplines preferable, e.g. retail / ecom / merchandising, or sales channel experience
  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing, MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in managing a global matrix organization required
  • Sporting goods industry experience required
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel upwards of 20% of time
