Manager Rewards

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Lead country rewards initiative implementation, ensure the efficiency of payroll processes, benefits administration, compensation, personnel management and eHR according to regional and global frameworks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise payroll and SAP personnel administration processes, and manage SAP implementation and maintenance of data input guidelines according to global and regional systems management policy to ensure system harmonization and data integrity
  • Implement and manage yearly global compensation programs (Salary Round, Aim2Score, LTIP) to ensure timely and accurate completion for compensation cycles. Additionally, create, manage and report personnel budget to partner with finance for periodic FBP and RFC review process
  • Manage compensation strategy according to global guidelines, maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness (salary scale, salary offers for hiring and promotions). Also, provide information for the annual survey TRS (Total Remuneration Survey) and yearly salary budget
  • Oversee the management of ongoing benefits program, compliance with global, local policies and legal requirements and the implementation of global/regional benefits strategy
  • Execute Mobility process (compensation and benefits packages) ensuring compliance and adherence to mobility policy. Additionally, collaborate with regional Mobility Manager on local mobility vendor management activities
  • Ensure proper and timely payment of all Rewards related invoices while adhering to the company’s payment terms
  • Manage HR Analytics to look for efficiencies in making decisions about company personnel, compensation and benefits
  • Engage in compensation consulting with global/regional rewards and local/regional Human Resources team to drive, communicate. manage and implement rewards related initiatives at a local level
  • Manage and/or oversee calculation of sales incentive plans for wholesale and retail.  Additionally, collaborate with finance to ensure plan compliance.
  • Drive the organization, coordination and budget management related of company sports activities to ensure proper funding and engagement

                                 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
 

  • Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
  • Experience and knowledge in all components of rewards, not only payroll
  • Advanced English level is a must
  • Numerical ability and mathematical thinking
  • Leadership skills

  • Continuous mindset
  • Intermediate / advanced Excel level

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 5 years
  • Minimum 1 year informal management experience required
