Manager Talent Acquisition (Temporary position 6 months )

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


Responsible for managing all aspects of talent acquisition for interns, back office (ecommerce, finance, supply, marketing, HR) and Retail (Store massive recruitment / vendor administration). Partner with HR, Business and Recruiting colleagues to identify and qualify candidates and lead the recruitment process from onset through offer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process for some specific teams: ecommerce, finance, supply, marketing, HR, Direct To Consumer.
  • Coaches and trains team on key aspects of the overall recruitment process to ensure a high level of execution (1 direct report)
  • Leads efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the external vendor in charge of recruitment for our stores in Colombia.
  • Is responsible of the SENA quota management and fulfilment guaranteeing that the Sr Specialist Talent Acquisition executes the respective selection processes and follow up.
  • Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies related with employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.
  • Leverage relevant advertising resources and apply other relevant candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional and global awareness in order to attract qualified applications for key roles within your area of responsibility


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:


  • Previous experience in recruitment is a must specially in Ecommerce, Marketing, SENA and massive recruitment is preferred
  • Previous experience as people manager is desired
  • Advanced English level is a must
