Manager Change & Adoption

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

 

To enable business leaders to effectively manage and navigate the dynamics of major organizational changes that are connected to GBS´ strategic goals. Transformational Change Management understands change as a process to facilitate smooth handover of tasks between functions and GBS centers. It enables the modification of processes, procedures and structures, technologies and / or culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support GBS SLT, GPO’s, and Centers with assigned projects and initiatives, by delivering effective Change & Adoption planning and execution in alignment with Change & Adoption Team methodology and standard approach to support the global GBS and product roadmap.
  • As the Change & Adoption Manager in GBS Projects and Product led initiatives, execute defined intake process and change management deliverables, including: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change plans, and adoption strategy, as assigned.
  • Coordinate, coach, and oversee Change & Adoption related operational work delivered by junior resources assigned to Change Management and Communication activities.
  • Consult with Culture Ambassadors and Change Management networks in GBS Centers as needed, to ensure they drive employee engagement and high eNPS.
  • Ensure all Change & Adoption work is delivered and measured consistently in alignment with defined Team structure and foundationally based upon PROSCI, ADKAR, and Design Thinking.
  • Drive Stakeholder confidence by providing clear, effective, and customer focused communications.
  • Drive collaboration by establishing and maintaining excellent Team and Stakeholder rapport to ensure understanding of the value of GBS and Change & Adoption services delivered.
  • Assess organizational readiness; adapt change management plans based on outcomes; advise on and influence project timelines based on Change & Adoption needs; and provide change management tasks to be incorporated into overall project plans.
  • Provide thought-leadership to Project Team and Stakeholders when presented with challenges or concerns.  Ensure Change & Adoption plan and activities support the resolution of challenges.
  • Drive, ensure, and measure Adoption through effective collaboration and effective planning and execution.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Project management capabilities with demonstrated success completing multiple cross-functional and cross-business projects.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at various levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and balancing competing workloads.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to not only work in a group/individual setting but able to drive action and independently with little to no direction.
  • Pro- active (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset, ability to think end-to-end with a global mindset
  • Ability to be self-directed while working under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with different international cultures
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of or experience in ADKAR, PROSCI, Design Thinking, and Project Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Office, and Smart Sheet.

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration, or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understanding and experience of GBS and Shared Services Models
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience with a proven ability to execute change, training, communication, or collaboration programs.
