Manager Web Analytics


Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Support .Com ecosystem business team to closely diagnose website performance and drive actionable insights for business team across all areas including user paths optimization, consumer insights, traffic funnels, etc.


Key Responsibilities:

Web KPI Monitor & Integration

  • Fully Utilize Adobe/Google/Sensors analytics to deep dive the insights & knowledge of consumer shopping journey for official site/APP/wechat and drive action plan thru data facts
  • Be able to work with Digital Hub team to brief & development the necessary functionalities to enable tracking per business requirement & drive alignments
  • Work closely with marketing/UI&UX team to improve consumer experience thru data facts
  • Evaluate the media spending efficiency, find out optimal plan and simulate the contribution
  • Be able to conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly business review of .com ecosystem regard sales performance, traffic performance & identify opportunities
  • Identify business opportunities thru data facts for .com/app/wechat
  • Communicate with other markets to share learnings & best practices



  • Lead baozun analytics team to deliver business reporting & analysis
  • Key Data Owner of web tools and able to diagnose any issues like wrong tag, etc to improve data accuracy
  • Management of web tools to consolidate all data into one version
  • Establish regular view of dashboard and review with relevant key stakeholders in marketing/UI&UX



  • Work with digital hub team to roll out analytics solution in different platforms (.com/app/wechat)
  • Regular data check & validation and further explore other tools to analyse the online environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong Analytics Experience & Consumer Insights in online environment
  • Advanced knowledge of various online analytics tools
  • Strong Critical Thinking
  • Tolerance to stress, high energy and strong job ownership
  • High degree of integrity and loyalty
  • Team player, demonstrating interests in training, coaching and motivating subordinates
  • Business acumen, especially for e-commerce
  • Communication skills, relationship management and empathy


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  Professional background / Experience

  • Functional: Minimum 2 years of experience in business planning/BI/Analytics function for multinational company, especially agency providing ecom data insights & solution
  • Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or internet 
  • Others: involvement in any data solution/standardization project is a plus; analytic experience related to TMALL/JD/GA/Adobe is a must




  • University degree in business with  Information Management/Statics/Computing, etc


IT skills

  • Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics: Advanced
  • SENSOR or other app/wechat analytics solution: Advanced
  • SQL: Plus
  • Excel: Advanced
  • PowerPoint: Advanced
  • Tableau: Plus


Language skills

  • Native-level Mandarin and fluent English required
  • Good Presentation Skills to transfer data fact to story in English
