Manager Workplace Experience (m/f/d) - temp until 31.12.2021

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s for adidas. This supports the successful implementation of “Creating the New” by supporting revenue growth, portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent across the globe. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates within an extensive network of internal / external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value added service.

 

In this role you will contribute to the Workplace Experience strategy by creating the activation strategy, its global execution, and support model for local adaptation of pilot projects. You will also drive the evaluation concept of Workplaces pilots, ensuring Workplaces positively contributes to the global employee experience, significantly contributing to the achievement of project targets.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively drive, manage and improve a clear, KPI-driven workplace experience activation and evaluation concept in close alignment with respective business partners.
  • Develop workplace experience implementation plans in relation to workplaces pilots.
  • Develop and implement engagement activities in close partnership with Internal Communications and regional employee experience counterparts to increase transparency of Workplaces services and spaces.
  • Develop packages to present results, recommendations and guidelines from pilots for regional implementation and prepare business cases for investment and funding requests accordingly.
  • Drive coordination and administration of all aspects of evaluation for innovative projects to enable fact-based decision making.
  • Act as an internal consulting unit in managing and maintaining a consistent employee experience activation and evaluation strategy
  • Lead workplace experience steering committees/centers of excellence to ensure alignment, consistency and quality of experience deliverables globally
  • Prepare and facilitate results-oriented alignment meetings with regional counterparts

  • Thorough understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics within an international company 
  • Proven track record for implementing complex, multi-cultural, cross functional (workplace related) projects 
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken)

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant university degree; advanced degree or professional certification desirable in a field related to change management and evaluation / or process excellence is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • International, cross-functional and intercultural experience
