Manager/Senior Manager Marketing Operations, Value Range

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

  1. Drive Value Range ranging process
  2. Discipline Value Range ranging & forecasting timeline with X-functions (BU, CtC VR team, Channels buying (FRS/ORFO/ECOM), SCM, and ODP)
  3. Increase the service level to X-functions via effective communication, system tools and accurate execution.
  4. Raise the bar to develop better business sense, to be the solid resource of marketing and other business function.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
     
    System and Processes
  • Work closely with CtC and ODP to set up seasonal ranging & forecasting timeline
  • Guide BU and CtC VR team to maintain the Value Range in HUB-L
  • Data governance between HUB-L and RMA
  • Data governance between INLINE and Value Range
  • Monitor Value Range fulfil rate and keep X-functions updates

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in data management and analysis in a global consumer goods company
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin Chinese
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Excel advanced
  • PowerPoint –advanced
  • Outlook – basic
  • Word-basic
  • Experience in strategic planning or project office a plus
  • Passion for sports
