Specialist CTC Sportswear Temporal (7 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the briefing with local expertise to the Concept To Consumer range architecture team and Business Unit Concept To Consumer on needed articles, specific retailer needs such as Special Make Ups and other volume and image driving opportunities, local market trends, and business opportunities to maximize the category´s potential in the country.
  • Support the preparation of the sell-in process including sales and marketing meeting presentations, Sell-in tools and relevant packages and exclusives. Support to Local Account Marketing team to make sure the other Country areas understand the seasonal strategy, priorities, etc. for a successful sell-in.
  • Brief local asset developments with Market and Global Product Managers (ie: Events/Communities/Tournaments) and steer approval process with the asset to ensure complete product offer in the country.
  • Provide Sub-Unit Business Units local forecast as categories expert in each specific market.
  • Be the key contact for local commercial and brand activation teams for the assigned categories for the country.
  • Maintain regular analytics on the sell-in and sell-out performance of the assigned categories to take timely corrective actions if needed.
  • Provide any required scenario analysis related to the Categories, and actively participate of Go To Market meetings to be fully on board on a Brand Activation perspective on status of the categories, and take corrective actions in case they are necessary.

 

Requisite Experience, Knowledge & Skills 

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent required in related field.
  • 2 years experience approx. in similar function or position as Category Manager, Product Manager or similar.
  • Understanding of the Retail or Consumer Goods Industry and related KPI's.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical analysis skills to identify and develop category and sales action plans. With a data driven mindset. 
  • Communications and Relationship Management skills to ensure collaborative work with key stakeholders as Sales Managers and all Marketing Teams as Brand, Sports Marketing and Omnichannel Marketing Teams. 
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
