Purpose of the role:

adidas Shared Services delivers high quality services for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Europe and Americas.

Within the framework of HR Services, we are providing excellent services and business competence regarding all HR Services related processes.

As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities. Ensure the full completion of the monthly payroll process and the correct payment of employees according to current legislation and company guidelines. Coordinate all the activities related to payroll, personnel administration and rewards related topics for the respective employee population.


What you'll do

  • Ensure the full completion of the monthly payroll cycle for the whole Italian organization on time. Ensure that salary calculations are made correctly and in full compliance with local Labor and Tax Law. Coordinate and supervise all activities necessary for payroll processing and the preparation of all bank transactions.
  • Ensure that all statutory declarations/forms (i.e. 770, F24, E-MENS, etc.) are issued correctly and on time. Coordinate all related activities to meet all related legal obligations.
  • Coordinate payroll process for the respective employee population, ensuring that all payroll transactions are processed accurately, in time and in compliance with the Law.
  • Coordinate all personnel administration topics for the employee population, in line with Company guidelines and in full compliance with the applicable Law.
  • Create all kinds of HR documents along the employee life cycle such as employment contractual packages incl. mobility attachments, promotions, offboarding checklists etc. …, according to defined processes and standards.
  • Maintain personnel and organizational data according to defined processes and standards
  • Ensure digitalization of documents and ensure a proper and accurate handled archiving of documents according to defined standards and processes
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for internal and external purposes, also to meet legal obligations. Maintain and develop ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Respond to enquiries from employees, managers and external parties about individual and organization-wide human resource information, without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Process social charges and tax payments / declarations
  • Monitor and ensure that all social security and tax standards are met.
  • Manage relationships with local Employment, Pension, Insurance and Tax authorities. Payroll Vendor with regards to all payroll related topics.
  • Be the point of reference for all mobility related topics (i.e. relocation process, contracts, communications to local authorities, manage relationship with involved employees and external partners, etc.)
  • Handle reporting’s according to relocation, tax, and immigration data for national and international employee
  • Ensure legal framework compliance in all handled topics.


Skills you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP and ADP
  • Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
  • Ability to work with high volume and transactional administration issues
  • Team player mentalitycustomer focus and International mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of English language (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications
  • Experience in working with Payroll Provider
