Performance marketing leading specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Directing high-quality traffic on-site and acquiring new consumers through owned and paid channels via agency,
  • Creating a comprehensive strategy to drive traffic to the site following the Brand campaign/promo calendar,
  • Report on channel performance on a weekly and monthly cadence, ensuring traffic and revenue growth while maintaining a steady return,
  • Official Instagram/Meta accounts and Telegram bot management,
  • CRM, Loyalty program, and Newsroom management,
  • Leading in other areas of Media Marketing, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword, Research, Google Analytics, and Paid Social Media.
  • Drive traffic to key marketplaces of Kazakhstan (Kaspi.kz),
  • Marketing Consumer experience analytics,
  • Competitors analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital and or performance marketing (either agency or client’s side),
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g. GA4 & Adobe Analytics),
  • Experience with CRM/Loyalty program,
  • Strong visual presentation skills,
  • Awareness of and interest in other online marketing and media channels,
  • Understanding attribution modeling,
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills,
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong work ethic,
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing as a plus,
  • Agency experience as a plus,
  • Experience in sports or fashion retail or other branded consumer goods preferred.
