Manager, Business Process Wholesale Account Operations

Purpose:  

 

The purpose of this role is to drive best practice standardization & improvement across Account Operations processes with the goal of driving greater efficiencies, service levels.  The position of Manager, Business Process will support the development, planning and execution of a portfolio of business processes for the NAM Account Operations organization.  

 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Partner with Account Operations leadership team to define the strategy and roadmap for process improvements and automation. 
  • Support the development, planning and execution of the Account Operations portfolio of best practice business processes which will serve as a resource library for Account Operations. 
  • Guide the Account Operations organization through a cadence of business process design reviews and iterative prioritization. 
  • Drive clarity around business process owners and subject matter experts, driving accountability for standardized best practices and supporting documentation and training materials.
  • Partner with Account Operations leadership team and managers to curate training curriculum for new team on-boarding.
  • Curate an on-going training curriculum strategy for the Account Operations team.
  • Research tools, develop guidelines and support change management that will serve in enabling a continuous improvement culture in Account Operations.
  • Manage assigned projects securing progress and benefits to the adidas-Group and NAM Wholesale business.  Apply structured project management approach.
  • Manage the day-to-day details of projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
  • Directly or indirectly manage junior staff members.
  • Promote team engagement by supporting colleagues, working to elevate success of the NAM Wholesale organization.

  • Knowledge of Tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, UI Task Capture, Robotic Process Automation

  • Fluent in English both verbal and written

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and experience in Account Operations, Project Management or Process Improvement
