Manager GBS Strategy Activation - Change Management (M/F/D)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
adidas Global Business Services (GBS) aims to provide globally unified services based on standardized and automated solutions across different functions and markets. This will enable us to drive operational efficiency, quality services, improved agility and better decision-making whilst reducing complexity and workload.
This role will enable business leaders to effectively manage and navigate the dynamics of major organizational changes that are connected to GBS´ strategic goals. Transformational Change Management understands change as a process to facilitate smooth handover of tasks between functions and GBS centers. It enables the modification of processes, procedures and structures, technologies and / or culture.
The ultimate goal is to foster a strong sense of community across our global Hubs and drive employee engagement, promoting collaboration, organizational alignment and the creation of a mature shared services organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for contributing to the communications strategy, content creation and communication channels within the GBS organization as well the reporting and improvement measures.
• You will contribute to a consistent and continuous communication to the organization with an integrated communications approach – driving relevant local topics to support the businesses and culture within the organization and actively bring in new ideas, formats and topics of interest.
• You support with the planning and execution of internal events e.g. Global Townhalls or HUB Lead presentations.
• You write for a range of channels and audiences internally and externally (articles, posts, blogs, presentations) ensuring cultural differences are reflected where necessary and possible.
• You will act as a link to the local Communication team for and in India and ensure an aligned strategy and planning.
• You define and give recommendations on how to change framework should be deployed on a specific projects/ programme of work based on the GBS change methodology.
• You execute defined intake process and change management deliverables, including: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change plans, and adoption strategy, as assigned, and delivered and measured consistently in alignment with defined Team structure and foundationally based upon PROSCI, ADKAR, and Design Thinking.
• You drive Stakeholder confidence by providing clear, effective, and customer focused communications.
• You drive collaboration by establishing and maintaining excellent Team and Stakeholder rapport to ensure understanding of the value of GBS and Change & Adoption services delivered.
• You drive, ensure, and measure Adoption through effective collaboration and effective planning and execution.
• You deliver the change management for large strategic change projects including transformation.
• You facilitate change management workshops based on the Hub need.
• In collaboration with other GBS functions, you take part in global strategic initiatives that drive improvements across the organization e.g., Customer Centricity and Continuous Improvement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Have fluent English (business) language skills, both verbal and written (mandatory). Experience in finance / shared services and additional languages are a plus.
• Full proficiency in Office 365 solutions, including PowerPoint
• Have an academic background in Communications and Change Management or professional experience in the field of internal communications / marketing.
• Be experienced with and in strategic communication, planning and stakeholder management.
• Have experience with and in employee communications and drive employee engagement activities proactively and in an engaging manner.
• Have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
• Have experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Professional qualification (e.g. PROSCI) preferable.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Have a passion and practical experience in content creation and ability to translate information into compelling messaging and narratives, the capability to create stimulating visual content (video or images) is a plus.
• Be agile and take ownership of challenges and ideas looking to develop the ability to drive and lead change.
• Work independently, safely and responsibly and enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
• Love to work in an intercultural team and coordinate multilayered stakeholder communication projects.
• Pre-gained communications experience within the Shared Services /GBS industry will be a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• College or university degree with focus on Business Administration, or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding and experience of GBS and Shared Services Models
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience with a proven ability to execute change, training, communication, or collaboration programs.
